Common use of Compensation Payments Clause in Contracts

Compensation Payments. Payments from the insurance carrier for disability arising out of and in the course of employment shall be paid to the employee. The amount of such payment or payments shall be deducted from the monies, which the employee received from the City. Payments from the insurance carrier, plus the monies paid to the employee by the City, shall be equivalent to the employee's regular full pay.
