Compensation Payments. Accrued sick leave, to the extent available, then personal leave, to the extent available, then accrued vacation leave, to the extend available, then accrued compensatory time, to the extent available, may be used to supplement workers' compensation payments up to but not beyond an employee's regular salary. Section 3. The use of the term “Chief Court Administrator” in this Agreement shall be deemed to include any person(s) who may from time to time be designated by the Chief Court Administrator to perform functions set forth in the Agreement.
