Common use of Compensation Payments Clause in Contracts

Compensation Payments. 11 The District shall begin calculating class size overage payments on the 12 eighteenth (18th) workday of either semester when class size maximums 13 are exceeded. The amounts shall include all students in excess of the max- 14 imums listed in Article section 15.1 at the rate of $1 for each student per 15 each day.
