Common use of Compensation Provisions Clause in Contracts

Compensation Provisions. Where an employee qualifies for pay beyond the employee's basic compensation under more than one provision of this Agreement, the employee shall receive compensation under one provision only ‐ that which provides the higher amount ‐ and shall receive no additional compensation with respect to other provisions, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement.
