Compensation Time for Meetings and Training. Members will be compensated for all time spent in meetings and training related to the workplace and receive a minimum of four hours pay. Monthly meetings shall see Call-In’s paid four (4) hours regular pay and that mandatory Ministry training will be at straight time and for the hours of training only.
