Competency Standards are as follows. a. All faculty who meet minimum qualifications as adopted by the Board of Governors or equivalency requirements of the District will be considered competent in the discipline(s). Minimum qualifications by equivalency are to be in disciplines adopted by the Board of Governors and shall be applicable District-wide. (There will be no minimum qualifications by equivalency for courses or sub-disciplines.) See Addenda One (1) (a-b) for the current lists of disciplines.
