Faculty Service Area and Competency Standards. All faculty will be assigned to the single Faculty Service Area for faculty positions as defined in Education Code Section 87001. Faculty includes all those employees of a community college district who are not designated as supervisory or management and for whom minimum qualifications for hire have been specified in the regulation of the Board of Governors. These include, but are not limited to, instructors, librarians, counselors, health service professionals, extended opportunity programs and service professionals and individuals employed to perform a service that before July 1, 1990 required nonsupervisorial and nonmanagement certification qualifications.

Faculty Service Area and Competency Standards. ‌ 1. All faculty will be assigned to the single Faculty Service Area for faculty positions as defined in Education Code Section 87001. Faculty includes all those employees of a community college district who are not designated as supervisory or management and for whom minimum qualifications for hire have been specified in the regulation of the Board of Governors. These include, but are not limited to, instructors, librarians, counselors, health service professionals, extended opportunity programs and service professionals and individuals employed to perform a service that before July 1, 1990 required non- supervisorial and non-management certification qualifications. 2. Whenever the Board of Trustees determines that reduction in faculty is necessary, such reduction shall be in accordance with Section 87743, et. seq., of the Education Code including seniority definitions in Education Code Section 87413, et. seq. 3. No employee shall be terminated while a less senior employee is retained to render a service which the more senior employee shall be considered competent to render.

Grantee will provide services in the client's primary language either directly by Grantee or by a DFPS approved translator. 3. Grantee will have a cultural competence mission statement, core values or other similar guidance that provides how the Grantee will effectively provide these services to clients of various cultures, races, ethnic backgrounds and religions in a manner that recognizes and affirms the client’s worth, protects and preserves the client’s dignity and ensures equity of service delivery.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Alignment with Modernization Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities The activities and services that the LPHA has agreed to deliver under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities and the public health accountability metrics (if applicable), as follows (see Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf): a.   • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications.   • Credentialing Firm shall be required to access Citizens’ online vendor credentialing system (“CAIS”) to input, update and maintain certain information about Firm and the persons who will perform work related to this Agreement (“Staff”), as provided below and in Exhibit B attached hereto.
