COMPETITIONS AND APPOINTMENTS. 16.01 Where the Employer decides to fill a vacant position, the position shall be filled in accordance with the 16.02 Where there is a competition to fill a vacancy or anticipated vacancy in the Bargaining Unit, the Employer shall post notices of such competition electronically.
