Complainant. A complainant is a Residential Faculty member or members covered by the Faculty Agreement who initiates the Resolution of Controversy (RoC) process. If the aggrieved party is the College Faculty Senate or Faculty Association, the Resolution of Controversy will be initiated at the appropriate level.
