Complaints Generally. The Contractor shall cooperate with the Village in minimizing complaints from the Residential Customers. A consistent pattern of failure to address complaints, or violations of Sections 9.2(a) through 9.2(h) of this Agreement, shall entitle the Village to exercise the remedies provided to it pursuant to Section 9.2(h) and/or Article X of this Agreement.
