Complaints Generally. The Contractor shall cooperate with the City in minimizing complaints from the Customers. A consistent pattern of failure to address complaints, or violations of Sections 9.3(a) through 9.3(h) of this Agreement, shall entitle the City to exercise the remedies provided to it pursuant to Section 9.3(h) and/or Article X of this Agreement.

Complaints Generally. Parents or guardians of pupils enrolled in the District may present to the District informal (oral) and/or formal (written) complaints regarding members of the bargaining unit. Parents or guardians should be encouraged to present informal (oral) complaints first to the unit member who is the subject of the complaint, or to the unit member’s immediate supervisor, prior to presenting any formal (written) complaint to the District.

Complaints Generally. The CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with the VILLAGE in minimizing complaints from the Customers. A consistent pattern of failure to address complaints, or violations shall entitle the VILLAGE to exercise the remedies provided to it pursuant to this Contract.
