Common use of Complementarity Clause in Contracts

Complementarity. 1. This Protocol shall complement and not impede the application of any agreements on mutual assistance which have been concluded or may be concluded between individual or several Member States of the European Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Nor shall it preclude more extensive mutual assistance granted under such agreements.
