Complete Agreement; Governing Law. This Agreement represents the sole and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding Online Services and merges and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous written or oral agreements and understandings regarding the subject matter hereof. The law governing interpretation of this Agreement is the law specified as governing the interpretation of your cardholder agreement.
