Common use of Complete Agreement Clause in Contracts

Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous proposals, negotiations, representations, commitments, writings and all other communications, whether oral and written, between the Parties.
