Completeness. All applications shall be reviewed for completeness by the Office of Instruction within five (5) working days of the initial submission deadline. If the application is declared to be incomplete (required components not included with the proposal), the applicant shall be notified and have an additional five (5) working days to submit any additionally requested information.
