Adequacy. Customer must satisfy itself as to the adequacy, appropriateness and compatibility of the Windcave Solution and/or the Goods for its requirements. Without limiting clause 7.1, Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statements or representations on the part of Windcave as to performance or functionality, verbal or otherwise, except as expressly recorded in this Agreement.
Adequacy. Owner shall be responsible for the adequacy of the design and for the sufficiency of the Drawings and Specifications.

Adequacy. Compliance with this Agreement by the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service shall, within the meaning of relevant EU data-protection law, constitute an adequate level of protection for PNR data transferred to the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service for the purpose of this Agreement.
Adequacy. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the restrictions contained in this Agreement are necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company, and impose no undue hardship on Executive and Executive further acknowledges and agrees the compensation provided hereunder as being adequate. Additionally, the Company may proceed at law to obtain such other relief as may be available.
Adequacy. Subject to ongoing compliance with the commitments on privacy and protection of personal data set out in this Agreement, the U.S. Treasury Department is deemed to ensure an adequate level of data protection for the processing of financial payment messaging and related data transferred from the European Union to the United States for purposes of this Agreement.
Adequacy. Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Canadian Competent Authority is deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, within the meaning of relevant European Union data protection law, for the processing and use of PNR data. An air carrier that provides PNR data to Canada under this Agreement is deemed to comply with European Union legal requirements for PNR data transfer from the European Union to Canada.
Adequacy. (a) Subject to applicable regulatory approvals, including adherence to least-cost planning requirements and principles, and subject to the oversight and direction of MISO where applicable, the Company shall have a public utility duty to operate, maintain, plan and construct its transmission system so that the system is adequate:
(i) (A) to support effective competition in energy markets without favoring any market participant;
