Common use of Completion and Repayment Clause in Contracts

Completion and Repayment. Any portion of the Investment not used during the Term and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement may upon written request by Alberta Innovates, be repaid to Alberta Innovates unless Alberta Innovates agrees in writing to vary the purpose or conditions of this Investment Agreement by written amendment to allow the use of the remainder of the Investment under the varied purpose or conditions.
