Completion of an approved Degree Program. a. Upon the completion of a pre-approved Master’s Degree, Certificate of Advanced Study, or Doctoral Degree in the field of Education or Educational Administration, the Board of Education will reimburse Teachers up to 24 semester hours at the rate of $128.75 per hour. b. All degree courses must be pre-approved for reimbursement by the Superintendent or his/her Designee using the following guidelines: c. Reimbursement will be provided for approved programs in education that lead to additional educational degrees. d. Reimbursement will be provided to Teachers who have paid a tuition fee at his/her own expense. No reimbursement shall be given for a course taken with the use of a tuition waiver. e.
