Completion of Clean-up Before Termination. Seller shall complete Clean‑up prior to termination of this Agreement, and shall fully comply with all Environmental Law and requirements of any Governmental Authority over the Clean‑up, including any requirement to file such assessment, mitigation plan, risk assessment or other information with any such Governmental Authority prior to such termination.
