COMPLETION OF NEGOTIATIONS REGARDING LAYOFF DECISION. The District and the CSEA agree that neither party has any obligation during the term of this Agreement to negotiate the layoff decision or the layoff procedures. This article contains the full and complete settlement between the parties with respect to all of the matters listed immediately above; however, negotiations over the impact and effects of layoff may be requested by either party.
