Completion of RLF Cleanup Activities. 1. The CAR shall ensure that the successful completion of an RLF cleanup is properly documented. This must be done through a final report or letter from a qualified environmental professional, or other documentation provided by a State or Tribe that shows cleanups are complete. This documentation needs to be included as part of the administrative record.
