The listing (or inclusion of a copy) of a document or other item under one Schedule to a representation or warranty made in this Agreement will be deemed adequate to disclose an exception to a separate representation or warranty made in this Agreement only if such listing has sufficient detail on its face that it is reasonably clear that such document or other item applies to such other representation or warranty made in this Agreement.
