Common use of Completion of Services Clause in Contracts

Completion of Services. 5.1 Upon completion of the Services for each Service Request, Lenovo shall provide a settlement report (a “Settlement Report”) to Customer listing the Product received, including the make, model, serial number (if applicable) and Customer location thereof, a description of the Services provided, the Service fees, the shipping fees, and the final purchase price for any Product with resale value.
