Tenant shall perform and complete Tenant’s Work (a) in strict conformance with the Approved Plans, (b) otherwise in compliance with the Lease and (c) in accordance with Applicable Laws, Landlord’s insurance carriers and the board of fire underwriters having jurisdiction over the Project and the Premises. Completion of Tenant’s Work shall be subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval.
