Carpet. The State of Michigan has a statewide contract for the supply and installation of the specified carpet with a single manufacturer and installer. This contract may also be utilized for SOM leased spaces. Any upgraded carpeting noted on the finish schedule and or the building program statement is not included as part of this predetermined bidding process. All costs for the supply and installation of carpeting is to be included as part of the contract.

3. Chair pads are required for protection of carpet texture. Absent the use of chair pads, more intensive maintenance will be required for areas in direct contact with chair caster traffic, and some degree of appearance change is to be expected. See Lease for requirements for carpet replacement.

Carpet. Vacuum from corner to corner and spot clean any stains.
Carpet. All exhibitors are required to have carpet or flooring to cover the entire contracted space.

Carpet. Carpet is required for booth space and available through the General Services Contractor, unless the venue is already carpeted. Throw rugs and other unsecured flooring are not permitted.
Carpet. Seams in carpet will show. Seller will only repair open gaps in carpet seams. Seller does not warrant against fading or spotting.
Carpet a. Provide and install new building standard throughout the carpeted portions of the Premises and the area formerly identified as COPY.
Carpet. The Equipment may include new carpeting. Most of the carpeting products provided by Seller meet the Carpet and Rug Institute’s Green Label testing standards for indoor air quality. Nonetheless, it is recommended that new carpeting receive a minimum of 72 hours airing-out time, under well-ventilated conditions, prior to occupancy.
