Common use of Completion of Term of Temporary Position Clause in Contracts

Completion of Term of Temporary Position. (a) An Employee who applies for and receives a temporary position in accordance with the provisions of this Collective Agreement, shall be required to complete the term of the position before she/he shall be permitted to commence another temporary position, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the Employer and Employee. The Employee may apply for and commence a permanent position before completing any temporary position.
