Common use of Completion of the CID Improvements Clause in Contracts

Completion of the CID Improvements. Any of the CID Improvements completed by the Developer shall be in conformance with approved plans for such improvements, City building codes, City Ordinances and all other applicable rules and regulations. Before commencement of construction or development of any buildings, structures or other work or improvement, the Developer shall obtain any and all permits which may be required by the City and any other governmental agency having jurisdiction as to such construction, development or work.

Before commencement of construction or development of any buildings, structures or other work or improvement, the Developer shall obtain any and all permits permits, which may be required by the City and any other governmental agency having jurisdiction as to such construction, development or work.
