CID Sales Tax Fund. During the existence of the District all CID Sales Taxes generated within the District shall be deposited into a CID Sales Tax Fund, which shall be established and administered by the City in compliance with the laws of the State of Kansas and this Agreement and shall be held solely for the payment of the CID Costs and shall not be otherwise expended or commingled with other funds.

CID Sales Tax Fund. During the Term, all CID Sales Tax proceeds generated within the District and received by the City from DOR shall be deposited into the CID Sales Tax Fund, which shall be established and administered by the City in compliance with the laws of the State and this Agreement.

  • Sales Taxes The Seller shall bear and pay, and shall reimburse the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s affiliates for, any sales taxes, use taxes, transfer taxes, documentary charges, recording fees or similar taxes, charges, fees or expenses that may become payable in connection with the sale of the Assets to the Purchaser or in connection with any of the other Transactions.

  • SALES TAX Each Participating Entity is responsible for supplying the Supplier with valid tax- exemption certification(s). When ordering, a Participating Entity must indicate if it is a tax- exempt entity.

BUYERS SHOULD INVESTIGATE THE 364 SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICTS IN WHICH THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED BY CONTACTING THE COUNTY 365 TREASURER, BY REVIEWING THE CERTIFICATE OF TAXES DUE FOR THE PROPERTY AND BY OBTAINING 366 FURTHER INFORMATION FROM THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, THE COUNTY CLERK AND 367 RECORDER, OR THE COUNTY ASSESSOR. 368 A tax certificate from the respective county treasurer listing any special taxing districts that effect the Property (Tax Certificate) 369 must be delivered to Buyer on or before Record Title Deadline. If the Property is located within a special taxing district and such 370 inclusion is unsatisfactory to Buyer, in Xxxxx’s sole subjective discretion, Buyer may object, on or before Record Title Objection 371 Deadline. If the Tax Certificate shows that the Property is included in a special taxing district and is received by Buyer after the 372 Record Title Deadline, Xxxxx has until the earlier of Closing or ten days after receipt by Xxxxx to review and object to the Property’s 373 inclusion in a special taxing district as unsatisfactory to Buyer.
