Completion of the Work The Contractor must obtain Material Completion as defined in Section 6.1.2 below prior to any occupancy of the Project.
Description of the Transfer The details of the transfer and of the personal data are specified in Annex B. The parties agree that Annex B may contain confidential business information which they will not disclose to third parties, except as required by law or in response to a competent regulatory or government agency, or as required under clause I(e). The parties may execute additional annexes to cover additional transfers, which will be submitted to the authority where required. Completion of the Project The Contracting Party shall complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and submit to the Board a Certificate of Completion on or before November 1, 2016.

Completion of Negotiations 14.1 This Agreement represents complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the District and the Federation with respect to wages, hours of employment, and all other terms and conditions of employment which shall prevail during the term or terms hereof. This Agreement expresses the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements between them, written or oral. Any matter or subject not herein covered has been satisfactorily adjusted, compromised, or waived by the parties for the life of this Agreement.

THE LESSOR HAS NOT MADE AND SHALL NOT BE DEEMED TO HAVE MADE ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR COVENANT (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) AND SHALL NOT BE DEEMED TO HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER AS TO THE TITLE (OTHER THAN FOR LESSOR LIENS), VALUE, HABITABILITY, USE, CONDITION, DESIGN, OPERATION, OR FITNESS FOR USE OF THE PROPERTY (OR ANY PART THEREOF), OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR COVENANT WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY (OR ANY PART THEREOF) AND THE LESSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LATENT, HIDDEN, OR PATENT DEFECT THEREIN (OTHER THAN FOR LESSOR LIENS) OR THE FAILURE OF THE PROPERTY, OR ANY PART THEREOF, TO COMPLY WITH ANY REQUIREMENT OF LAW.
