Completion of the Work definition

Completion of the Work means the date upon which all of the following shall have occurred, as acknowledged by Purchaser in writing:
Completion of the Work means the completion of the whole of the work in all respect as evidenced by issuance of a Certificate of Completion by the Architects in pursuance of Clause 40 of the General Conditions of Contract.
Completion of the Work means performance of the last of the labor or delivery of the last of the materials required by the terms of the claimant's contract or agreement, whichever last occurs.

  • Prior to Substantial Completion of the Work Contractor shall clean the Site and the Work and make it ready for utilization by Owner.

Completion of the Work means the time stipulated in the Contract Documents for the Contract to be dissolved between the Contractor and the County of Dufferin, including any extension of the Contract term made pursuant to the Contract Documents.
