Complex Procedures. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the parties mutually agree, any Arbitration to be conducted between the parties may be concluded in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Procedure for Large Complex Disputes of the American Arbitration Association, with such modification as the parties may agree upon.
