Common use of Compliance Agreement Clause in Contracts

Compliance Agreement. A written agreement between APHIS and a per- son engaged in growing, handling, or moving regulated articles, in which the person agrees to comply with the pro- visions of this subpart.

Compliance Agreement. A written agreement between APHIS and a per- son engaged in growing, handling, or moving regulated articles, in which wherein the person agrees to comply with the pro- visions of this subpartsub- part.

Compliance Agreement. A written agreement between APHIS and a per- son engaged in the business of growing, maintaining, processing, handling, packing, or moving regulated articlesarticles for interstate movement, in which the person agrees to comply with this sub- part. For the pro- visions purposes of this subpart, a memorandum of understanding is considered a compliance agreement.
