Common use of Compliance and Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Compliance and Qualifications. a. To Galapagos’ Knowledge, Galapagos and its Affiliates have conducted, and their respective contractors, licensees and consultants, have conducted in all material respects all Development under the Subject Program in accordance with all Applicable Laws, including current Good Clinical Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices and the Declaration of Helsinki.
