Applicable Owner Policies. A. DB Entity hereby agrees to be bound by all applicable Owner policies and standards of conduct. It is DB Entity’s responsibility to advise its employees, Design Subconsultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, or hired workers of the nature of the Project, as described in the Contract Documents. Upon request, DB Entity shall, at its sole expense, conduct background checks for any DB Entity employee or hired worker providing services on the Project.
