Compliance by Participants. (a) Commitment to the System, its Development, and the Other Participants. The Parties acknowledge that the success of the System will also depend on the Participants carefully entering all appropriate data into the System in a prompt manner, making diligent inquiries of clients while performing services to keep such information up-to-date, and using best efforts to share information as appropriate. Each Party agrees to fulfill its responsibilities for data entry and updating on a timely basis (as well as to fulfill all of its other duties and obligations under this Agreement), to participate in and utilize training sessions and other instruction for the System, and to attend any meetings to work on System-related problems, solutions, and improvements.
