Training Sessions Sample Clauses
Training Sessions. Consultant will provide the training services on various issues including but not limited to the following:
a) clinical observation and monitoring of cases;
b) instruction regarding a particular technique;
c) didactic presentations, interactions with lab staff, and question-answer sessions; and/or
d) classes, workshops or lectures regarding the safe, effective and appropriate use of products;
e) pre-recorded cases;
f) products may be used to demonstrate on bench-top models;
g) Presentation of a lecture in a symposium.
Training Sessions. The County agrees to conduct those regularly scheduled range training sessions, and related training that can be accommodated during such sessions, during the normal working hours of those required to attend. The Sheriff-Coroner retains the right to schedule any training class, including range training, outside the employee’s normal working hours and all such training shall be at the discretion of the Sheriff-Coroner.
Training Sessions. The Construction Manager shall coordinate and schedule training sessions, if necessary, for the District’s personnel and shall require that the Contractor’s obligation in providing this training is fulfilled.
Training Sessions. Employees may be required to attend training sessions necessary to job indoctrination, performance, supervision, workplace safety, and any other training deemed necessary by the CITY, which will be on CITY time.
Training Sessions. For each subsystem, a cognizant BATC subsystem engineer shall present the training materials from paragraph 13.1.1. DigitalGlobe will provide the conference room and necessary projectors to support the presentation. DigitalGlobe reserves the right to videotape the training sessions for the purpose of training future DigitalGlobe personnel.
Training Sessions. All training sessions and other staff meetings and other staff communications shall be coordinated with a designated Seller representative prior to any such sessions, meetings or communications.

The training sessions established by the Department are considered mandatory for all members, provided the notice of same is posted at least thirty (30) days, when possible, in advance of the session. If the member is not excused by the Police Chief or his designee, then the first training period missed may result in disciplinary action. If an Officer is excused from training, the training session will be made up at a later date. The Department will schedule the date for a makeup, at which time an Officer may be either on duty or off.
Training Sessions. The Hospital will make reasonable efforts to participate in CMS-sponsored training sessions related to the implementation and requirements of the CRP. CMS will, wherever possible, offer trainings in virtual or telephonic format, including recorded sessions, and will offer the Hospital access to archived training materials to the extent feasible.
Training Sessions. A training session for the purpose of calculating training credits, ▇▇▇▇ commence at the scheduled reporting time, and terminate at the actual time released from that specific training session.

The Hospital will annually conduct one or more training sessions on the communication needs of persons who are deaf or hard of hearing, and will invite all physicians who are affiliated in any way with the Hospital (admitting or surgical privileges, etc.) to attend. The Hospital will provide training videotapes that contain substantially similar information to any affiliated physician upon request.
