Common use of Compliance by Personnel Clause in Contracts

Compliance by Personnel. The Receiving Party shall, prior to providing any employee or consultant access to any Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party, inform such employee or consultant of the confidential nature of such Confidential Information and require such employee or consultant to comply with the Receiving Party’s obligations hereunder with respect to such Confidential Information. The Receiving Party shall be responsible to the Disclosing Party for any violation of this Section 6 by any such employee or consultant.
