COMPLIANCE OF ESI. PF (ईएसआई और पीएफ़ का अनुपालन):- If ESI & PF of the engaged laboures are not deposited to respective authorities in due time, GRSE will deduct the same amount from bills of the vendor and will deposit with the authorities. In such cases GRSE has the right to charge 10% interest for delayed compliance of statutory provisions.
