COMPLIANCE PERIODS FOR PROGRAMS. Subrecipient shall adopt appropriate compliance periods for each Program or Activity, as applicable, in accordance with Federal Register regulations. The specific compliance period and loan term requirements will be recorded in the Program Guidelines, subject to GLO approval.
