The END-USER should exercise due diligence under the CBD and NP according to relevant domestic, regional, and international law, and for European users, especially the EU Regulation 511/2014. The END-USER shall use the MATERIAL in a legitimate, safe, legal, ethical and sustainable way, and in respect of the principles laid down in the CBD.
