Compliance with Administrative Regulations. ‌ (a) All members of the service are required to conform to any regulations agreed to by the Union and issued by the Employer. (b) Existing regulations shall be attached to and become part of the Employer’s Policy and Procedure Manual and new regulations introduced during the term of the Agreement, if agreed to, will be attached as a supplement to the aforesaid regulations and will become a part of the Policy and Procedure Manual.
