Compliance with Agreement and Laws During Development. The Developer shall at all times undertake the Private Development Project in conformance with this Agreement and all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations, including all subdivision, zoning, environmental or other ordinances of the City. Any agreement of the Developer related to the rehabilitation, reconstruction, repair or remodeling of the Private Development Project with any contractor, subcontractor or any other party or parties to any such agreements shall, to the extent applicable, contain provisions substantially similar to those required of the Developer under this Agreement.

Compliance with Agreement and Laws During Development. The Developer shall at all times acquire, construct and install the Project, in conformance with this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation all applicablesubdivision, zoning, environmental, building code or any other land use ordinances of the Village (collectively, the “Village Codes”), and, to the extent applicable, the Prevailing Wage Act. Any agreement of the Developer related to the design, construction or installation of the Project with anycontractor, subcontractor or supplier shall, to the extent applicable, contain provisions substantially similar to those required of the Developer under this Agreement.
