Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. All of the work performed under this Contract by the Consultant shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and codes of the United States and the State of Colorado. The Consultant shall also comply with all applicable ordinances, regulations, and resolutions of the County and shall commit no trespass on any public or private property in the performance of any of the work embraced by this Contract.
