Compliance with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. (“Recovery Act”). Consultant shall comply with the following provisions, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference: (a) the statutory provisions contained in Chapter 1 of Title 23 of the United States Code; and (b) the reporting requirements, terms and conditions set forth in Sections 1201 and 1512 of the Recovery Act, and as designated by the State of California.
