COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with any and all local, state and federal laws, regulations, policies and procedures applicable to the services provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR further agrees to comply with any and all applicable local, state and federal licensure and certification requirements.
