Executive acknowledges and agrees that Executive will comply with all applicable laws and policies, including the Parent’s Corporate Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Financial Code of Ethics, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy, and will not, directly or indirectly, take any action, or fail to take any action, that would violate any such laws or policies or would cause the Company to be in violation of any such laws or policies.
