– Compliance with Applicable State, Federal Law. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall conflict with any applicable State or Federal Law or presidential regulations, such provisions shall be deemed to be modified sufficiently in respect to either or both parties to the extent necessary to comply with such laws or regulations and the remaining portion of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
