Compliance with Assignment Requirements for Government Contracts. The Debtor is now in compliance and hereby covenants and agrees that the Debtor will in the future comply with any and all of the requirements of Title 31 Section 3727 and Title 00 Xxxxxxx 00 xx xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Code and any similar state or local law and all rules and regulations relating thereto, as amended, where such statutes, rules and regulations are applicable to a particular Receivable, and shall at all times take all such other action as may be necessary to facilitate and/or ensure perfection of the Secured Party’s security interest in and the assignment to the Secured Party of any Government Account and Government Contract.
