Compliance with Budget and Public Records Laws. The financial transactions of the District Managing Board shall be in compliance with the requirements of the local budget laws and expenditure limitations contained in the laws of the State of Oregon. As applicable and subject to lawful non-disclosure or redaction, records of the District Managing Board shall be deemed public records in accordance with ORS Chapter 192.
