Common use of Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements. Licensee shall not do anything, or permit anything to be done by anyone under Licensee’s control, in or about the Premises which would create any unusual fire risk, and shall take commercially reasonable steps to protect City from any potential premises liability by reason of Licensee’s use of the Premises. Licensee, at Licensee's expense, shall comply with all reasonable rules, orders, regulations or requirements of City's Risk Manager and the Director of Transportation.

LicenseeLicensee shall faithfully observe, at Licensee's its expense, shall comply with any and all reasonable rules, orders, regulations or requirements of City's Risk Manager with respect to Licensee's use and occupancy of the Director Premises, so long as such requirements do not unreasonably interfere with Licensee's use of Transportationthe Premises.
