Common use of Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements. Licensee shall not do anything, or permit anything to be done by anyone under Licensee’s control, in, on, or about the License Area that would create any unusual fire risk, and shall take commercially reasonable steps to protect the City from any potential liability by reason of Licensee’s use of the License Area. Licensee, at Licensee’s expense, shall comply with all reasonable rules, orders, regulations, and requirements of the City Manager and City’s Risk Manager.

Licensee shall not do anything, or permit anything to be done by anyone under Licensee’s control, in, on, in or about the License Area that Premises which would create any unusual fire risk, and shall take commercially reasonable steps to protect the City from any potential premises liability by reason of Licensee’s use of the License AreaPremises. Licensee, at Licensee’s 's expense, shall comply with all reasonable rules, orders, regulations, and regulations or requirements of the City City's Risk Manager and City’s Risk Managerthe Director of Transportation.

Licensee, at Licensee’s expense, shall comply with all reasonable rules, orders, regulations, and requirements of the City Manager and City’s Risk Manager and the SFPUC General Manager.

Licensee, at Licensee’s expense, shall comply with all reasonable rules, orders, regulations, and requirements of the City Manager and City’s Risk Manager.

Licensee shall not do anything, or permit anything to be done by anyone under Licensee’s controldone, in, on, in or about the License Area that Premises which would create be prohibited by or increase the rates under a standard form fire insurance policy or subject City to potential premises liability. Licensee shall faithfully observe, at its expense, any unusual fire riskand all requirements of City's Risk Manager with respect to Licensee's use and occupancy of the Premises, and shall take commercially reasonable steps to protect the City from any potential liability by reason of so long as such requirements do not unreasonably interfere with Licensee’s 's use of the License Area. Licensee, at Licensee’s expense, shall comply with all reasonable rules, orders, regulations, and requirements of the City Manager and City’s Risk ManagerPremises.
