Common use of Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements. Tenant will not do anything, or permit anything to be done, in or about the Premises that would be prohibited by or increase rates under a standard form fire insurance policy or subject City to potential premises liability. At no cost to City, Xxxxxx will faithfully observe any and all requirements of City’s Risk Manager with respect to Xxxxxx’s use and occupancy of the Premises.

Compliance with City’s Risk Management Requirements. Tenant will shall not do anything, or permit anything to be done, in or about the Premises or any Improvements permitted under this Lease that would be prohibited by or increase rates under a standard form create any unusual fire insurance policy or subject risk, and shall take commercially reasonable steps to protect City to from any potential premises liability. At no cost to CityTenant shall faithfully observe, Xxxxxx will faithfully observe at its expense, any and all reasonable requirements of City’s 's Risk Manager with respect thereto and with the requirements of any policies of public liability, fire or other policies of insurance at any time in force with respect to Xxxxxx’s use the Premises and occupancy of the Premisesany Improvements as required under this Lease.
